Chapter 8 - Aiden - Spoiler Alert

Chapter 8 - Aiden - Spoiler Alert

Okay all you King Arthur fans, take a step back and calm down. You are fluttering the timestream with your annoyance. Put those torches down. There will be no blog burning today. In reality, this is only the beginning of the story. Robin is a mixed up kid who has a bit too much power for my liking but it is nothing that can't be fixed.

The story of Arthur's true legacy won't happen for another ten to fifteen years in the future. And these months dealing with this mixed up fairytale will help him build the utopia you all still cling to. Wipe your tears away. It will be okay.

I'm going to give you a bit of a spoiler alert. The Arthur in this story, like Marian, is only half a person, the bad half. You can probably see where I am going with this. James is the true north version of Arthur brought forward in time just like Faith.

Our biggest quandary right now is how to integrate them without totally screwing up the timeline. We are pulling Merlin out of Universal Storage in order to work on this problem. Faith and James still need to have a life in the twenty-first century while at the same time merging with their other halves in Nottingham. The Protector Guardians may need to assist us with this problem, but for the moment it is just a background issue that probably won't be dealt with until the end. You know, the point when all the crazy stuff happens.

Just realize that Arthur will learn a lot from Jason's guidance and leadership style that will lead him to create Camelot. But just like this story, all the characters there may be different than you imagine.

Robin isn't a strong enough Merlin to screw up King Arthur's fate and legend. Have faith.
